Introduction
Enameling is the art of painting on metals with glaze colors. In the common enameling method in Isfahan, painting is done on copper. First, the copper smith makes the base of the enamel work, which is the shape of the dish, according to the design in hand. After that, the enamel artist covers the base with white glaze and places it in a kiln at about 800 degrees to fix the glaze. This process is repeated 3 or 4 times. During all these stages, great care must be taken to ensure the glaze sits uniformly and beautifully on the base. Then, with special colors, painting is done on the glaze, and after the work is finished, the dish is placed in the kiln again. The kiln temperature must be carefully controlled to prevent damage to the colors. In the middle of this plate is a beautiful painting of Iranian flowers and birds. The quality control of the products is done at all stages, and the proper harmony of the colors used and the beautiful and strong designs make it easy for even non-experts to recognize the difference and originality of the works. This product is decorative and can be hung on the wall with a ring on the back. This product is washable.
